JConverter is a Joomla component (3.x) using which you can convert any Wordpress blog into Joomla within minutes. It can import posts, pages, menus, users, categories, comments and even images from Wordpress.

• Since Joomla doesn't support multi-category association for articles, imported posts will be associated with only one category. 
• Both Joomla and Wordpress installation (databases) should be on same server. It is not a limitation of JConverter but most hosting companies block external access to DB via firewall.
• JConverter currently supports import of native Wordpress content, e.g. posts and pages. It does not support import of custom content types, e.g. galleries, products etc.
